Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15-days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, we need:
- Your items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, and in their original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You must provide a tracking number for your return shipment. If you do not provide a tracking number, we will assume the return was never shipped.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions by email on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Any return shipping costs incurred due to a customer's personal reasons must be covered by the customer, and these costs are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items after 15 days of receiving your package
- On-sale items or gift cards
Parcels Marked As 'Return to Sender'
If your parcel cannot be delivered by the courier for any reason, it will be marked as 'return to sender'.
If your parcel has been marked as 'return to sender', we offer the following options:

Refund:
We can provide a refund once the package has been returned to us.
Important Note: The original shipping cost is not refundable if the package was returned to the sender due to any of the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete address caused by the customer's error
- Failure to pick up the parcel from your local postal office
- Failure to arrange customs clearance payment
- Refusal of delivery of the package
Prepaid customs clearance fees (Duties, taxes and other fees) are not refundable as they are paid to your local authorities
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
