How long does shipping take?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in their original, unused condition.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you are returning an item because you've changed your mind, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Glu Glu Band will cover the return shipping cost.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
