Refund & Return Policy

We hope you love your Glu Glu Band bag. If it isn't quite the right fit, we're here to make the return process as simple as possible.

Returns

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Free from stains, damage, odors, or signs of wear

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

To start a return, please email us at hello@glugluband.com and include your order number.

Returns sent back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.

Returns should be sent to the following address after your return request has been approved:

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason not caused by Glu Glu Band, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The shipping fee will depend on the carrier or shipping service selected by the customer.

If the return is due to our error—such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item—we will cover the return shipping cost, and no return shipping fee will be charged to the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@glugluband.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

We'll work with you to provide the best possible solution as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

We normally begin processing orders within 1–2 business days after an order is placed.

If you request a cancellation before your order has been shipped and within the 24-hour cancellation period, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different color or style, simply return your eligible item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
