Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 7–15 business days for most destinations.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, local carrier operations, weather conditions, peak shipping seasons, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Depending on your destination, orders may be shipped via carriers such as:

The shipping carrier may vary depending on the destination country, shipping method selected, and warehouse availability.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination, the weight of your order, and the selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable shipping discounts will be displayed during checkout.

We currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide.

If shipping is unavailable for your location, you will be notified during checkout.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Because we begin processing orders within 1–2 business days, cancellation requests received before shipment and within the cancellation period are eligible for a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for information about returns.


Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local customs authority.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Glu Glu Band is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages
